In 2018-19, the WHHA, in partnership with the City of Winter Haven, embarked on a pilot initiative to construct two single-family homes, in an effort to broaden the community's perspective of how public housing should look.

This two-bedroom, two bath single-family units are nestled in the core of the Florence Villa Community Redevelopment District. We thank the City of Winter Haven for their generosity in donating the land to help make this project a success.
