About Us
The Winter Haven Housing Authority (WHHA) was established in 1978 to provide housing for low-income families. WHHA provides 164 units through the Public Housing Program and 321 units through the Section 8 (HCV) Voucher Program. Winter Haven Housing Authority is governed by a 5-member Board of Commissioners.
