Section 8 Administrative Plan

WHHA's Section 8 Administrative Plan defines the policies that govern the administration of the Section 8 program. The Plan clarifies written policies in accordance with U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations regarding matters that are left to the local governing body. The HUD regulations governing the Section 8 program are documented in the Code of Federal Regulations listed below:
